The first THE EGG & I Restaurant opened in Fort Collins, CO, in 1987 and over the years has grown primarily through franchising. The décor is warm and comfortable, and full table service is offered. According to the franchise brochure, the typical E&I restaurant does approximately $960,000 in annual sales.
