Hi School Pharmacy’s original store opened in 1925, and was named Hi School Store due to its location across the street from Vancouver High School.  Beginning in the 1980’s, the company began adding hardware stores under the True Value and Ace Hardware names. Some of these stores are still in existence today.  In 2003, the company sold 16 locations to Walgreens, including its original pharmacy location in downtown Vancouver. Currently, the stores feature their own private label offerings under the Premier Value name.  Other services include online prescription refills, the LifePics personalized photo printing and formatting service and a broad range of hardware and home goods at most store locations.
