Crate and Barrel announced that Kewill, Inc. will implement its Flagship parcel shipping and Netship expense management software.

Target has has reached “peak spending” on IT and next year the IT budget will drop about two-thirds according to an investor’s note form Citi analyst Deborah Weinswig.
