SNAPFORWARD

As Lowe’s works through the acquisition of Canadian firm Rona, Inc. and its 500+ locations, we take a look at the total number of Lowe’s Companies, Inc. locations in the last five years, a period that has seen little relative growth. Organic growth in Canada has likewise been slow. Currently, Lowe’s has approximately 50 Lowe’s branded stores in Canada, including the acquisition of a dozen Target Canada locations in 2015. Assuming regulatory approval is granted for the move, the latter half of 2016 and 2017 should be eventful for the retail giant.
