SNAPFORWARD

TechStyle Fashion Group is the global ecommerce fashion and footwear outfit known as JustFab Inc. until August of last year. It boasts subscription-based retail brands/sites justfab.com, fabkids.com, shoedazzle.com and fabletics.com, the latter of which was founded in 2013 with actress Kate Hudson. The company was valued at a whopping $1 billion for its last round of funding but hasn’t been without its challenges, including substantial consumer backlash against its business model that charges members’ credit cards if their selection of the month isn’t declined within five days. Back to the bright side: The company is aggressively growing its Fabletics bricks-and-mortar presence (which only kicked off in 2015) with 12 new locations confirmed to open in 2017 and plans to grow by 75 to 100 stores in three to five years.
