• Busy Beaver Building Centers Inc. announced that it has acquired Three Sons’ True Value Hardware in Minerva, OH.
• Lowe’s Companies, Inc. has acquired the Retail Analytics platform from Boomerang Commerce. The acquisition includes the proprietary technology and tools for the Retail Analytics platform but excludes customer contracts and related confidential information and data.
• ABC Supply Co. Inc. announced it has recently opened new locations in Rosenberg, TX and Avondale, AZ.
• Busy Beaver Building Centers Inc. will open its newest location in Calcutta, OH. The 60,000 square feet home improvement center will open on May 24. The company is expanding into central Pennsylvania with openings planned for Chambersburg and Red Lion, PA, in the fall.
• Menard Inc. has entered the Cleveland, OH market. A 243,000 sq. ft. location opened in Brooklyn, a suburb of Cleveland. Another opening in New Philadelphia, OH is also in the works.
