• Bloomin’ Brands Inc. (104) has named Brett Patterson President of Outback Steakhouse Restaurants. He replaces Greg Scarlett who was elevated to the position of COO.

• Checkers Drive-In Restaurants Inc. (34) has announced that Frances Allen will take over as President and CEO after Rick Silva announced that he is stepping down.

• Inspire Brands (26) has named Brendan Mauri as President of the Rusty Taco division. He replaces Tim Casey who left last year.

• Papa John’s International Inc. (123) has appointed Amanda Clark as Chief Development Officer.

• Taco John’s International Inc. (17) has appointed Kelly Hopper as the new CFO.

• Sonic Corp. revealed a new logo that features a simpler design and a new ad campaign focusing on everyday customers.

• Another Broken Egg of America Inc. announced a new location opening in College Station, TX.

• Curry Up Now has opened up a new store in Midvale, UT. It is their first location in Utah with another location set to open in Salt Lake City later in the year.

• Del Taco Restaurants Inc. has opened a new location Glendale, AZ.

• Fazoli’s Restaurant LLC has secured a new franchise deal that will bring two new restaurants to North Carolina. The first will be located in Shallotte and the second will be in Jacksonville and they are set to open this year.

• Golden Corral Corp. opened a new location Janesville, WI.

• Mountain Mike’s Pizza will open new restaurants in Costa Mesa and Fountain Valley, CA later this year. The two locations will feature a new design from the brand and new rooms for guests to enjoy.

• MOOYAH Franchise LLC has opened a new restaurant in Hoover, AL. The restaurant is the first to feature the company’s redesigned logo and remodeled and streamlined dining area.

• Uncle Julio’s Corp has announced that it has opened a new location called Uncle Julio’s-Hacienda Colorado. The new restaurant blends the menu of Uncle Julio’s and Hacienda Colorado.
