• Apple Inc. has temporarily closed 16 stores in New York in response to the rise in new COVID-19 cases.

• Macy’s Inc. reported it is shortening store hours for the rest of the month as the retailer deals with staffing shortages due to the coronavirus.

• Walmart Stores Inc. reported it will offer two COVID-19 antiviral medications at selected pharmacy locations.

 

Restaurant

• Little Caesars will be raising the price of their $5 Hot-N-Ready Pizza to $5.55. This is the first time the price has been increased since it debuted in 2001.

• Starbucks Coffee will require all employees to be fully vaccinated or undergo weekly testing starting on February 9.
