• Topco Associates LLC has appointed Manard Lagasse as its new Exec VP and COO.

• Ace Hardware Corp. reported John Mitter has been appointed Corporate VP of Finance. Cindy Imhoff has been promoted to Senior Director and Controller. Tyler Blankenship was promoted to Director of Financial Planning and Analysis.
• BJ’s Wholesale Club Holdings Inc. will open its first store location in Kentucky this month.
• Cardinal Health Inc. will open a new 340,000 sq. ft. distribution center in Fort Worth, TX.
• Daiso USA will open its first location in the state of Florida. The 12,000 sq. ft. store will open in Tampa on February 1. The retailer will also open a 6,400 sq. ft. store in West Sacramento, CA, on the same day.
• Do it Best Corp. recently appointed Dan Clymer as DMM for the company.
• The Home Depot Inc. has partnered with DoorDash and Uber Eats for delivery options.
• National Vision Holdings, Inc. announced that Melissa Rasmussen, its CFO, will leave the company at the end of February. Mark Banner has been named President of America’s Best. Dr. Priti Patel has been named General Manager of Eyeglass World, Fred Meyer and Military. Joe VanDette has been named Chief Brand & Marketing Officer. Jared Brandman has been named Chief Legal & Strategy Officer.
• Peloton Interactive, Inc. is expanding its assortment of men’s and women’s fitness apparel and accessories, introducing them on the Target Corporation website.
• Recreational Equipment Inc. reported that Eric Artz will retire as President and CEO of the company and will be succeeded by Mary Beth Laughton.
• Sephora USA Inc. reported it will remodel all its store locations in the U.S. and Canada.
• Target Corporation announced Mark Schindele, Exec VP and Chief Stores Officer, will retire. He will be succeeded by Adrienne Costanzo. Brett Craig, Exec VP and CIO, will also retire. Prat Vemana, Exec VP, Chief Digital and Product Officer, will take on the role of Chief Information and Product Officer. Sarah Travis will be promoted to Exec VP and Chief Digital and Revenue Officer.
• Ulta Salon, Cosmetics & Fragrance, Inc. announced its Chief Marketing Officer, Michelle Crossan-Matos, has left the company.

• Chick-fil-A is planning to open five to seven new restaurants in British Columbia by 2030.
